Pork chops and Brussels Sprouts
Mmm… Last night Julie and I collaborated in the kitchen and had a wonderful dinner! We used a couple of "married couple cookbooks” to come up with a couple of dishes that we both worked on. It was quite nice, even in the small kitchen, and we ended up with a delicious meal!
I have to confess, though, I didn’t take pictures… I’m so sorry! I’ll have to make it up by taking pictures of other meals. This weekend I think that we’re going to go to Julie’s bosses’ house for Thanksgiving dinner. We’re planning on taking some cheesecake and corn casserole. I’m not sure what else will be on the menu, but maybe I’ll be up for making some bread, too!
