Looking at houses!

So, Julie and I have been seriously looking at houses. It’s been fun, but draining as well. Just sitting in the car for hours, driving from house to house, then getting out and combing through mostly empty rooms, trying to find things you like and things you hate.

While it is stressful, it’s also a lot of fun. We’ve looked at some nice houses and some that need more work than they really should. Even though we’ve only been looking for a short time, there are a ton of houses on the market and it really IS a buyer’s market.

This weekend Julie and I have invited some friends to come with us and take a second look at one of the houses that we saw last weekend. I really like it a lot, even though it doesn’t have that big of a yard, but most of the other things I’ve been looking for are all there and accounted for. Julie really loves it and hasn’t been able to get it out of her mind.

The only thing standing in our way at this point is the pain of getting the financing arranged if we want to make an offer. We’ll have to see what our friends say this weekend (:

This is, honestly, the dumbest hacker on the Internet…

I know this isn’t quite the substantive post that I’d like to be putting up, but someone e-mailed me a link to a video of a kid who created a video that displays such a lack of skill that I couldn’t stop laughing…

Get ready for the TRACER t….

P.S. If you don’t get why this is funny, that’s okay, the post wasn’t aimed at you (:
